Prenatal Support
$650
Our prenatal support covers the entire pregnancy journey with bi-weekly video check-ins and unlimited text or email support, so you always feel connected. We’ll create a personalized birth plan together and walk through preparation checklists, with access to Milani’s full resource library of evidence-based guides. Monthly in-person meet-ups are available for local families who want extra face-to-face care. This package also includes advocacy coaching to help you communicate confidently with your provider, along with education on pregnancy wellness, nutrition, and self-care. To enrich your experience, you’ll also receive one in-person wellness class of your choice: prenatal yoga, prenatal massage, prenatal Pilates, or a birth education workshop.
Birth Doula Care
$750
When you choose birth doula care, you’ll receive continuous, compassionate support from the start of active labor until one to two hours after your baby arrives. I’ll provide comfort measures such as massage, counterpressure, breathing techniques, and positioning, while also ensuring your birth plan and preferences are respected. Beyond physical support, I bring emotional reassurance and steady encouragement, while guiding your partner on how to best support you. You’ll also receive breastfeeding initiation help immediately after birth. This package includes one prenatal planning session to prepare and one postpartum follow-up visit to check on your recovery, newborn care, and overall well-being.
Postpartum Support
$40/ hour
Postpartum support with Milani Birth & Beyond is designed to nurture you and your baby during the tender early weeks at home. Services include breastfeeding guidance, newborn care such as bathing, diapering, swaddling, and soothing, and emotional support as you recover. I can help with meal preparation, light household tasks like laundry or dishes, and sibling adjustment as your family transitions. Flexible scheduling makes it easy to choose daytime or overnight hours, ensuring you get the rest you need. You’ll also receive guidance on newborn sleep and feeding patterns, and access to trusted referrals for specialized care such as lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapy, or mental health support.
Full Spectrum Doula Package
$1800
The Full Spectrum Doula Package offers seamless support from pregnancy through postpartum, combining all services into one complete experience. Prenatal care includes bi-weekly video check-ins, unlimited text and email support, a personalized birth plan, monthly in-person meet-ups for local families, resource guides, and advocacy coaching. You’ll also receive one in-person wellness class of your choice: yoga, massage, Pilates, or a birth education workshop. Birth doula care provides on-call availability at thirty-seven weeks, continuous labor support from active labor until early postpartum, comfort measures, partner support, advocacy, and immediate breastfeeding assistance. It also includes a prenatal planning session and a postpartum follow-up visit. Finally, you’ll receive fifteen hours of postpartum support at home, with breastfeeding and newborn care, emotional and recovery support, meal prep, household help, sibling care, and flexible daytime or overnight scheduling. This package ensures you are cared for every step of the way, from your first trimester through the first weeks with your baby.
